摘要
介绍了崇明陈家镇生态办公示范楼的绿色建筑设计理念,包括建筑本体、空调系统和可再生能源系统等节能设计关键策略。通过对运行期间室内环境参数的实测、用户主观满意度的问卷调研以及建筑实际用能数据的统计,分析了建筑物的运行效果,总结了本项目实现节能运行的关键技术点,为崇明生态岛的大规模建设提供借鉴。
Presents the design concept of Chenjiazhen demonstration office building, and the energy saving design key strategies including ontology buildings, air conditioning system and renewable energy system. According to the indoor environment parameters test, the user satisfaction with questionnaire survey, and the actual energy consumption, analyses the operating effects of the building, summarizes the most essential factors to realize the energy saving operation, and provides a reference for the large-scale construction of Chongming ecological island.
