摘要
目的:测定我国西沙诺尼果汁总黄酮的含量,并与大溪地诺尼果汁进行比较。方法:总黄酮的含量测定采用Na NO2-Al(NO3)3比色法。结果:西沙诺尼果汁总黄酮含量范围为24.97~30.08mg/100 mL,平均含量为27.45 mg/100 mL,大溪地诺尼果汁总黄酮平均含量为22.25 mg/100 mL。结论:西沙诺尼果汁总黄酮含量与大溪地诺尼果汁无明显差异。
Objective: To analyze the total flavonoids content in Xisha Noni juice and compare with Tahiti Noni juice. Methods: The total flavonoids content was analyzed by Na NO2-Al(NO3)3 colorimetry. Results The total flavonoids content in Xisha Noni juice was 24.97~30.08 mg/100 mL with a mean of 27.45 mg/100 mL and the mean of Tahiti Noni juice was 22.25 mg/100 mL. Conclusion: No significant differences in total flavonoids content of Xisha and Tahiti noni juice.
