库拉索芦荟皮中芦荟苷加速溶剂萃取的工艺优化 被引量:1

Optimization of accelerated solvent extraction technique for aloin from skin of aloe vero

摘要 为研究库拉索芦荟皮中芦荟苷的加速溶剂萃取(ASE)工艺,考察了萃取时间、萃取温度、乙醇浓度和萃取次数等因素对芦荟皮中芦荟苷提取率的影响,在单因素试验的基础上采用验L9(34)正交试验进行优化分析。结果显示,库拉索芦荟皮中芦荟苷的ASE提取工艺最优条件为:萃取时间5 min,萃取温度60℃,乙醇浓度80%,萃取2次。在此工艺条件下芦荟苷的实际提取率为(1.94±0.05)%。与传统索氏提取法相比(提取率1.46%),该提取工艺具有操作简便、提取时间短、节能耗、得率高等优点;建立的检测方法准确、稳定、快捷。 To study the accelerated solvent extraction(ASE) technique of aloin from skin of aloe vero, optimization of four factors: extraction time, extraction temperature, ethanol concentration and extraction cycle and three levels was processed based on three single factor tests. Results showed that the optimum technique of accelerated solvent extraction of aloin from skin of aloe vero was as follows: extraction time 5 min, extraction temperature 60 ℃, 80% ethanol and extract twice. In this condition, the percentage of extraction was(1.94±0.05)%. Compared with the traditional Soxhlet extraction technology(1.46% extraction yield), the extraction technology in this paper is simple, rapid, energy-saving and efficient. The determination method is accurate, stable and quick.
