A Prospective Study on the Liability of Foreignness from the Dynamic Integration Perspective

摘要跨国公司在海外投资要面临"外来者劣势",已有大量文献对外来者劣势成因、克服方法等分别进行了研究。在对已有研究梳理的基础上,文章基于跨国公司面临的最新环境,从动态视角,结合调节和中介机制提出了一个整合外来者劣势成因、克服方法和跨国公司绩效的整体研究框架,旨在为中国企业的海外投资提供借鉴。 When multinationals corporations invest abroad, they have to face ＂liability of foreignness＂ . The causes of liability of foreignness ,overcoming methods and other relevant aspects have been broadly studied. On the basis of studying existing researches , combining moderation andmediation model, this article presented an overall research framework, which integrates the causes of liability of foreignness, overcoming methodsand the performance of multinational corporations from a dynamic perspective.
