摘要
堤防管理工作中,存在评价标准模糊、评价方法不科学的问题,制约了堤管工作现代化的发展完善。该文通过构建堤防管理现代化评价模型,使用定性与定量相结合的评价方法,实现对堤管工作的科学客观评价。为验证给出的评价模型的精确性和科学性,结合某堤管单位实际,使用该模型进行评价。评价结果为:基本实现现代化,结果客观合理。
In management of dike,there are problems that evaluation criteria is vague and evaluation methods is unscientific,which restricted the development of modern management of dike.By constructing dike modern management evaluation model,using qualitative and quantitative evaluation method combining to achieve scientific and objective evaluation of the dike management.Combined with reality of a dike management unit,this model was used to evaluate.Evaluation results are basically realizing modernization and objectively reasonable.
