成骨中经典Wnt与骨形态发生蛋白信号的调控作用及分子机制 被引量:3

摘要 长期以来,骨折患者术后骨缺损或骨不连是临床治疗的难题,如何更有效地促进骨形成并重建骨的生物力学和稳定是解决问题的关键.迄今为止,已发现多种信号因子具有成骨作用,如Wnt分子、骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)、转化生长因子β(TGF-β)、成纤维细胞生长因子(FGF)、胰岛素样生长因子(IGFs)等.其中,Wnt和BMP分子介导的经典成骨信号在骨形成过程中发挥着关键的调控作用.研究两者在不同成骨阶段的作用及调控机制,可更好地利用基因治疗手段修复骨缺损和骨不连.本文就经典的Wnt与BMP信号在不同成骨阶段的调控作用及分子机制作一综述.
