摘要
以耐高温防腐蚀聚苯硫醚(PPS)为主要成膜物质,采用行星球磨机进行研磨,用旋转流变仪研究了不同配方PPS粉末涂料的流变行为,考察了配方、球磨及涂覆工艺对涂膜性能的影响。研究了二氧化钛含量对涂膜外观、附着力、硬度及耐冲击性的影响,同时也探讨了塑化温度、塑化时间及冷却方式对涂膜性能的影响。结果表明,随着二氧化钛含量的增加,体系的黏度增大。涂膜性能优异的PPS粉末涂料优化配方为m(聚苯硫醚)∶m(二氧化钛)∶m(云母)∶m(硫酸钡)∶m(硅烷偶联剂)为100∶10∶10∶5∶1。最佳球磨转速为300 r/min,球磨时间为2 h;塑化温度为320℃、塑化时间为20 min时涂膜较平整、光亮,淬火可以降低涂层的结晶度,表面光泽比自然冷却的好,适量的填颜料使涂层具有较高的耐冲击性及耐热性能。
PPS powder coatings with different formula were prepared by using polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) with good resistance to high temperature and corrosion as the main filmforming material via grinding process of the planetary ball mill.A rotational rheometer was used to investigate the rheological behavior of the said PPS powder coatings.The effects of formula,the planetary ball mill parameters and coating processes on the coating properties were discussed.The effect of titanium dioxide content on the coating appearance,adhesion,hardness and impact resistance was investigated.Additionally,the impact of plasticizing temperature,plasticizing time and cooling method on coating properties were also studied.The results indicated that the viscosity of the system increased with the increase of titanium dioxide content.The optimized formula of PPS powder coatings:PPS/Titanium dioxide/mica/barium sulfate/silane coupling agent=100/10/10/5/1.The best milling speed and time were 300 r/min and 2 h respectively.When the plasticizing temperature was 320 ℃ and plasticizing time was 20 min,the film showed smooth and glossy appearance.As compared with natural cooling,the quenching could reduce the crystallinity and show an improved surface gloss.Furthermore,Suitable fillers enabled the film to give high impact strength and heat resistance.
