糖尿病合并化脓性肌病4例临床分析并文献回顾

摘要
化脓性肌炎是一种原发于骨骼肌的细菌性感染。该病目前缺乏大规模的临床调查。我国仅见零星病例报道[1，2]。临床医生对本病缺乏足够的认识，易将其误诊为蜂窝织炎、血栓性静脉炎、骨髓炎等。随着我国糖尿病患病人群的日益扩大，糖尿病合并各种感染的几率必将随之增加，现回顾分析我院2009年11月至2012年9月4例糖尿病合并化脓性肌炎患者的临床资料并回顾相关文献，以期加深对该病的认识，报告如下。
