摘要
采用培养皿发芽法,研究了NaCl和NaHCO3胁迫对鸡冠花种子萌发过程中发芽率、发芽势、相对发芽率、相对盐害率、发芽指数、活力指数的影响。结果表明:鸡冠花种子发芽率、发芽势、相对发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数与NaCl浓度和NaHCO3浓度均呈现低浓度促进发芽,高浓度抑制发芽,浓度超过4‰呈现出显著负相关关系。影响鸡冠花种子相对发芽率的NaCl浓度的适宜值、临界值、极限值分别为5.66‰、7.48‰、9.29‰;NaHCO3浓度的适宜值、临界值、极限值分别为7.55‰、11.07‰、14.58‰。清水复萌试验表明,经较高浓度NaCl和NaHCO3处理的种子仍具有较高的发芽潜力,说明鸡冠花种子具有较强的耐盐碱能力。
Using the method of germination in petri dish,germination rate,germination potential,relative germination rate,relative salt injury rate,germination index and vigor index were studied during the germination of Celosia cristata L.seeds which were stressed by NaCl and NaHCO3.The results showed that NaCl concentration and NaHCO3 concentration had an effect on germination rate,germination potential,relative germination rate,germination index and vigor index of Celosia cristata L.seeds.Specifically,low concentration promoted germination,high concentration inhibited germination and the concentration above 4‰ showed a significant negative correlation.The optimal,critical and limit value of NaCl concentration that affects relative germination rate was 5.66‰,7.48‰ and 9.29‰ and these of NaHCO3 concentration was 7.55‰,11.07‰ and 14.58‰.The results suggested that seeds stressed on higher concentration of NaCl and NaHCO3 still had greater germination capacity especially,it showed the seeds of Celosia cristata L.had stronger resistance to salt alkali.
