摘要
目的探讨健康教育路径对喉癌患者术后自我护理能力和生活质量的影响。方法将86例喉癌切除术患者按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。对照组患者给予常规的术后康复护理教育,观察组在常规术后康复护理教育的基础上实施路径式健康教育。根据自我护理能力测定表(ESCA)以及生活质量量表(QOL)对两组喉癌患者的自我护理能力和生活质量进行比较。结果在实施健康教育前,两组患者的ESCA总分的差异无统计学意义(t=0.037,P=0.920),QOL总分差异无统计学意义(t=0.291,P=0.604),在实施健康教育后观察组患者自我护理能力总分为(120.7±11.5)分,对照组为(106.0±10.6)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.059,P=0.028);实施健康教育后观察组患者QOL总分为(40.0±5.5)分,对照组为(33.7±5.3)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.092,P=0.029)。结论加强健康教育能够提升喉癌患者术后自我护理能力,改善喉癌患者术后生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of health education path on self care ability and quality of life for postoperative laryngeal carcinoma patients. Methods Totals of 86 patients with laryngeal cancer resection were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation nursing after operation, and the observation group was treated with health education pathway based on the routine rehabilitation nursing. The self care ability and quality of life of two groups were evaluated by the Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA) and Quality of Life Scale (QOL). Results Before carrying out the health education, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in ESCA score ( t = 0. 037, P = 0. 920) and QOL score ( t = 0. 291, P = 0. 604). The ESCA total scores showed that the patients in the observation group had higher self care ability than that in the control group after the implementation of health education [ ( 120.7 ± 11.5 ) vs ( 106.0 ± 10.6 ) ], and the difference was statistically significant (t = 5.059 ,P = 0. 028 ). The QOL total scores revealed that the patients in the observation group had better quality of life than that in the control group after the implementation of health education[(40.0 ± 5.5 ) vs ( 33.7 ± 5.3 ) ], and the difference was statistically significant ( t = 4. 092, P = 0. 029). Conclusions To strengthen health education can improve the self care ability of postoperative patients with laryngeal carcinoma and improve the quality of life.
