摘要
目的对舒芬太尼复合异丙酚麻醉在妇科腹腔手术中的临床应用效果进行分析。方法资料随机选自2013年3月～2014年3月我院收治的行妇科腹腔手术患者64例，将其平均分为两组，给予两组腹腔手术治疗，对照组采用芬太尼复合异丙酚麻醉，研究组采用舒芬太尼复合异丙酚麻醉，并对两组临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果研究组麻醉恢复情况明显优于对照组，比较有差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论给予行妇科腹腔手术患者舒芬太尼复合异丙酚麻醉的效果较为显著。
Objective Sufentanil composite propofol anesthesia in gynecologic laparoscopic surgery in the clinical application effect is analyzed. Methods Randomly selected data from March 2013 to March 2014 of our hospital 64 cases of gynecologic laparoscopic surgery patients, the average can be divided into two groups and give abdominal surgery in both groups, control group adopts compound fentanyl propofol anesthesia, the team using sufentanil composite propofol anesthesia, and the two groups of clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results The gynecologic abdominal surgery patients＇ anesthesia effect was better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The gynecologic abdominal surgery patients＇ composite sufentanil propofol anesthesia effect is significant, worthy of popularization and application in clinical.
