摘要
目的探讨优质护理在神经外科护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院90例神经外科患者,随机分为观察组与参考组各45例,分别行优质护理和常规护理,观察两组患者住院期间并发症发生情况及对护理满意情况。结果 观察组患者住院期间并发症发生率显著低于参考组(P<0.05),护理管理、病区环境、护理质量、人文氛围、知识指导及服务主动性满意评分显著优于参考组(P<0.05)。结论 神经外科护理中应用优质护理干预能有效减少患者并发症,改善护患关系,提高护理质量。
Objective Research on the effect of quality care in neurosurgery. Methods Select 90 cases in neurosurgical of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 45 cases in the observation group, 45 cases in the reference group, Two groups were applied to quality care and routine care, Case of complications and nursing satisfaction of patients were observed during the hospital stay. Results The complications in the observation group of patients were significantly lower than the reference group （P〈0.05）; Nursing management, the ward environment, the quality of nursing , humanistic atmosphere, knowledge guidance and services initiative satisfaction score was significantly better than the reference group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Quality care in neurosurgery patient care can effectively reduce complications ,improve the nurse-patient relationship, improve the quality of care.
