摘要
目的研究在对骨科患者实施护理过程中进行预见性护理指引的临床效果。方法通过分组,在常规护理的基础上实施预见性护理措施,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果 经比较,观察组患者的预后效果明显优于对照组,而且患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组,患者对医护人员的满意度明显升高,两组患者差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 预见性护理能够将可能出现的并发症有效降低,同时有助于促进护患关系和谐发展。
Objective To study the clinical effect of predictive nursing guidelines in the nursing process of department of orthopedics patients. Method Through the implementation of packet of predictable nursing measures on the basis of routine nursing, comparing the two groups of patients with nursing effect. Results The comparative observation of prognosis group were significantly better than the control group, but complications was significantly lower than the control group, patients satisfaction to medical staff increased significantly. The differences between the two groups were significant, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Nursing care can effectively reduce the possible complications, at the same time, help to promote the development of harmonious nurse patient relationship.
