摘要
目的：探讨改良标准外伤大骨瓣开颅术治疗重型颅脑外伤的治疗效果。方法选择2010年1月～2014年6月到我院接受重型颅脑外伤治疗的患者54例，随机分成观察组与对照组各27例，给予观察组改良标准外伤大骨瓣开颅术治疗，给予对照组标准外伤大骨瓣开颅术治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论改良标准外伤大骨瓣开颅术治疗重型颅脑外伤效果明显。
Objective To investigate the improvement of standard trauma big bone fiap craniotomy surgery treatment effect for the treatment of severe head trauma. Methods From January 2010 to June 2014 to our hospital patients with severe head trauma treated 54 cases, all the 27 cases randomly divided into observation group and control group, large bone fiap group improved standard trauma craniotomy treatment, gave the control standard trauma big bone fiap craniotomy treatment, Compared to two groups of therapeutic effect. Results The curative effect of observation group was obviously better than that of control group （P〈0.05）.
