摘要
绝缘子的污秽特性对电力设备外绝缘的设计、运行和维护具有重要意义。近年来,随着大气污染的加重,自然条件下绝缘子的积污特性越来越多地引起了电力工作者的关注。为此,以河南省平顶山地区开展的为期5 a的自然积污试验为基础,研究了绝缘子的自然积污特性。以不带电XP-70绝缘子作为参考绝缘子,试验得到了该地区这种绝缘子的平均年度最大盐密和绝缘子的等值盐密随时间的变化关系,并结合河南省平顶山的气象数据,分析了降雨量、降尘量和降雾日对绝缘子积污的影响,还比较了6种不同类型绝缘子的积污特性。研究表明,连续积污5 a后,绝缘子的等值盐密未达到饱和;相较降尘量和降雾日而言,降水量对绝缘子积污的影响更为明显。此外,XWP2-70和CA-160最不容易积污;结构参数相同时,瓷绝缘子比玻璃绝缘子更不容易积污。
Further study on natural contamination characteristics of insulators is of great importance to electric power equipment external insulation. In recent years, with the aggravation of air pollution, electric power researchers pay more attention to the natural contamination characteristics of insulators. Using the data from contamination tests for a period of 5 years in Pingdingshan, Henan province, we investigated the charactrisitcs of natural contamination of insulators. The uncharged XP-70 insulators were taken as references, and the average annual maximum ESDDs and insulators' surface contaminations were acquired. Analyses show that surface contamination increases with time, and the growth rate decreases year by year. After a 5-year pollution period, the insulators' surface contaminations are not saturated. Moreover, combined with the meteorological data of Pingdingshan, Henan province, the influences of rainfall, dust fall, and fog on insulator contamination were analyzed. The contamination characteristics of six kinds of different insulators were compared.It is found that the impact of rainfall on insulator contamination is more obvious than that of the others. Furthermore, XWP2-70 and CA-160 are not easy to pollute. And it is more difficult for porcelain insulators to be polluted than for glass insulators when they have the same structure parameters.
