摘要
目的总结经鼻内窥镜蝶窦入路治疗垂体脓肿手术术中配合的经验,完善手术步骤,提高手术效率和效果。方法回顾分析1995年3月-2011年11月我院共收治8例垂体脓肿中5例经鼻内窥镜经蝶治疗术中配合的方法及步骤,总结其特点及经验。结果 5例患者中,1例术后发热,1例术后出现一过性尿崩,1例术中出血,但均恢复良好,无后遗症。结论分析得出,术中良好的配合是手术成功的重要因素。
Objective To summarize the experience of nursing cooperation in the nasal endoscopic transsphenoidal surgical resection of pituitary abscess and improve surgical procedures,increase efficiency and effectiveness. Methods Five diagnosed pituitary abscess were resected through endoscopic transsphenoidal endonasal approach from Mar.1995 to Nov.2011.Retrospective analysis was done upon the methods and procedures of nursing cooperation.Characteristics and experience were summarized.Results Five patients,including one case of postoperative fever,one case of postoperative transient diabetes insipidus,one case of intraoperative bleeding,were recovered well without sequelae.Conclusion Good nursing cooperation is an important factor for the successful endoscopic transsphenoidal surgical resection of pituitary abscess.
