摘要
对氢气压缩机运行中出现的气动调节阀的气源管脱落、定位器反馈杆断裂等问题,进行了技术改造。改造后,降低了因阀门故障导致生产系统的停车次数,保障了系统的安全稳定运行。
Technological transformations were made to solve problems occurring during running of hydrogen compressor, such as break-off of gas supply pipe for pneumatic control valve, fracture of positioner feedback rod. The shutdowns of production system due to valve failure reduced and the safe and stable running of the system was ensured.
