摘要
人才是国防和军队建设的第一资源,是建设信息化军队、打赢信息化战争的基础与根本。军事院校承担着培养优秀军事人才的重任。进入新世纪,军事科学技术的迅速发展,新型战争和威胁日趋加剧。为了应对多种安全威胁,必须提高军事人才的素质,这就对军队院校的人才培养模式提出了更高水平的要求,本文主要对新形势下军队院校的人才培养模式进行探索研究。
Talent is the first resource of the national defense and army construction, is the foundation of the construction of informationized army and the source to win the information-based war. Military academies undertake the task of training outstanding military talents. Entering the new century, with the rapid development of the military science and technology, new type of war and the threat has become increasingly intensified. In order to respond to multiple security threats, the quality of military personnel must be improved, which raises higher requirements for the personnel training mode of military academies and schools. This article mainly discusses the personnel training mode of military academies under the new situation.
