摘要
新型城镇化是我国经济社会发展的必然趋势,也是农村剩余劳动力转移的过程,在论述城镇化发展的必要性的基础上,分析职业教育在促进农民剩余劳动力转移、促进社会稳定和社会公平方面的作用,阐述了职业教育如何在人力资源开发层面上促进我国的城镇化进程。
The new urbanization is an inevitable trend of China＇s economic and social development and the process of the transfer of rural surplus labor. Based on the discussion on the necessity of the development of urbanization, this paper analyzes the role of vocational education in promoting the transfer of farmer surplus labor, social stability and social equity, explains how to promote the urbanization process in China by vocational education in terms of human resource development levels.
