摘要
目的:建立雷公藤粘胶分散型贴剂的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对贴剂中有效成分雷公藤甲素进行鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对雷公藤甲素进行含量测定。结果:TLC斑点清晰,分离度较好;雷公藤甲素浓度在0.5~10μg/mL范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999(n=7),平均加样回收率为100.97%,RSD=1.64%(n=9)。结论:所建标准可用于雷公藤粘胶分散型贴剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard for Tripterygium wilfordii drug- in- adhesive patch. Methods: Triptolide, which acted as the main effective component of the patch, was identified by TLC and its content in the patch was determined by HPLC. Results : The TLC spots were clear and well - separated. The linear range of triptolide in the patch was 0.5 - 10μg/mL ( r = 0. 9999, n = 7 ) with the average recovery of 100.91% ( RSD = 1.40% , n = 9 ). Conclusion : The method is feasible for the quality control of Tripterygium wilfordii drug - in - adhesive patch.
