摘要
回顾性分析132例溃疡性结肠炎住院患者临床资料,探讨近年我院收治溃疡性结肠炎的临床与流行病学特点。结果显示,溃疡性结肠炎近年有逐年增加趋势,以轻、中度为主,疾病类型以慢性复发型和初发型为主;辅助确诊手段主要为结肠镜及病理检查;治疗以中西医结合局部保留灌肠为主。结果发现,病理诊断报告内容有待提高和完善,中西医诊断有待进一步规范。
To analys the clinical data of 132 admitted patients with ulcerative colitis and to investigate the clinical and epidemic features of ulcerative colitis of patients admitted by the hospital. As a results, the incidence of this disease showed the increase trend from year to year, and mild, middle conditions were predominant;the patterns of conditions were mainly seen as chronic recurrent type and pri- mary onset type;the adjunctive confirmed diagnostic methods were coloscopy and pathological examination; main treatment were local re- tention enema based on integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. From the data it is seen that the report contents of path- ologic examination are needed to be raised and improved, the diagnosis based on integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is needed to be normalized.
