钠盐催化剂及其复配对棉织物免烫性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 采用1,2,3,4-丁烷四羧酸(BTCA)为整理剂,次磷酸钠(SHP)、酒石酸钠、磷酸二氢钠为催化剂对棉织物进行整理。研究了每一种催化剂对棉织物折皱回复角(WRA)、撕破强力(TS)和白度的影响,并将酒石酸钠和磷酸二氢钠分别与SHP以不同摩尔分数比进行复配,根据复配效果确定合适的复配配比。通过热重分析和傅里叶红外光谱分析,从理论角度对不同催化剂的催化性能进行验证。结果表明,使用单一催化剂整理,次磷酸钠催化效果最好,酒石酸钠接近于次磷酸钠,磷酸二氢钠略差;使用复配催化剂整理时,次磷酸钠与酒石酸钠或磷酸二氢钠复配最适摩尔分数比均为0.3∶0.2。 Cotton fabric is treated with 1,2,3,4-butanetetracarboxylic acid(BYCA) as finishing agent, sodi- um hypophosphite(SHP), sodium titrate and monosodium phosphate as catalysts respectively. The ef- fect of each catalyst on the wrinkle recovery angle (WRA), tearing strength (TS) and whiteness of the treated fabric is investigated. The complexes of SHP/sodium titrate, or SHP/monosodium phosphate are used as catalyst respectively with different mole ratio. The catalytic results of different catalysts are compared by TG and FTIR. The results demonstrate that SHP has the best catalytic effect, sodium ti- trate is similar to SHP, and followed by monosodium phosphate. The suitable mole ratio of SHP to sodi- um titrate is 0.3:0.2, which is the same as that of SHP to monosodium phosphate.
