摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定芪蛭通脉胶囊中山奈素的含量。方法采用ODS-C18色谱柱（5μm,4.6×250mm）,流动相：甲醇：0.4%磷酸（52∶48）;流速：1.0ml·min^-1;检测波长367nm。结果山奈素在0.0328～0.3280μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9999）,平均加样回收率为98.78%,RSD=1.22%（n=9）。结论本方法简便快速、结果准确,可较好地用于控制芪蛭通脉胶囊的质量。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of Kaempferol in Qizhitongmai capsule. Methods Using ODS C18 chromatographic column 5μm（ 4.6 ×250 mm）, using methanol： 0.4% phosphoric acid（ 52 ∶48） as mobile phase. The content was detected at a wavelength of 367 nm, the flow rate was 1.0ml·min^-1. Results The Kaempferol have a good linear relationship in the range of 0.0328～0.3280μg（r=9999）, the average recovery was 98.78%, RSD=1.22%（n=9）. Conclusion The established method is accurate, sensitive and simple. It can be used for quality control of Qizhitongmai Capsules.
