摘要
应用原子荧光光谱法测定制干辣椒中微量元素硒，精密度与准确度良好，加标回收率在92%-106％之间，相对标准偏差为4．0％。方法简便、快速、可靠、结果令人满意。
The method of use atomic fluorescence spectrometry to measure the trace selenium of dried pepper was proved simple and quickly. The precision and accuracy were good, and the recoveries were in the range of 92%-106%, RSD was 4.0%.
