摘要
在我国经济发展中,家族企业已经成为不可忽视的力量。但是由于我国长期的"家文化"传统,使得家族企业在管理企业时存在很多局限性和弊端。就我国现阶段家族企业普遍存在的问题加以详细分析,并提出具有参考价值的解决对策。
With the economic development of our country, family enterprises had become a non-negligible force. But due to the long tradition of ＆quot;home culture＆quot; in China, there existed many limitations and shortcomings in the management of family enterprises. The paper offered a detailed analysis of common existing problems, and simultaneously it presented the praiseworthy solutions to the existing problems.
