油菜移栽机漏栽检测系统设计 被引量:2

摘要 油菜移栽机在工作时不可避免会出现漏栽和堵塞等现象。设计一套以STM32为核心的检测系统,系统以4个光电开关及相对应的发光二极管、警报器等作为光电传感器的发射端接收端和提示端,精确检测全程漏栽的具体行数和排数。移栽机没有把油菜苗调入移栽的栽植器时,发出警报信号,在数码管上显示漏栽的排数;发光二极管亮起,显示移栽的具体行数。当移栽机全部移栽完毕后,人工查补漏栽秧苗,能够提高移栽机的工作效率。 It is inevitable that rape transplanting machine will leak and block during the work. In this paper a set of detection system with STM32 as the core was designed and the four photoelectric sensors and light emitting diode correspondingly acted as the alarming photoelectric sensor of transmitter, receiver and prompting, which could precisly detect the process of leaking. When the transplanting machine didn't transplant rape seedling in duckbill, the machine would give an alarm signal, showing and the digital unplanted rows and and specific transplanting numbers. Finally, the manual checkup would improve the efficiency of the machine.
