摘要
目的：探讨脑血管造影术在外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血病人中的临床应用体会。方法：选取2010年8月∽2012年8月我科收治的55例外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者，分别采用数字减影血管造影（ DSA ）和螺旋CT血管成像进行诊断，并与手术诊断结果进行对比。结果：CTA及DSA的灵敏性、准确性、诊断指数及可用度均有显著性差异（P＜0．05或0．01）。结论：数字减影血管造影能有效诊断外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血，有利于临床准确快速地诊断。
Objective：To discuss the clinical experience of cerebral angiography in the application of traumatic subarachnoid hemor -rhage.Methods：55 cases of traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage from Aug .2010 to Aug.2012 in our department were diagnosed by DSA and spiral CT angiography respectively .The results were compared with the findings in operation .Result：The sensitivity, accuracy, diag-nostic index and availability of CTA and DSA had significant difference （P〈0.05 or 0.01）.Conclusion：DSA can effectively diagnose traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage , which is helpful to the diagnosis in clinical .
