熔体微分静电纺丝法制备聚丙烯共混超细亲水纤维 被引量:1

Ultrafine Hydrophilic PP Blended Fibers by Melt Differential Electrospinning

摘要 利用自制熔体微分静电纺丝装置,将聚丙烯(PP)与3种亲水改性剂——纳米碳酸钙、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和亚雷森7008进行共混,成功制备了PP共混超细亲水纤维,并对纤维的亲水性能进行测试。结果表明:制备的纤维的直径主要集中在2-6μm,有效产量约为9g/h;亚雷森7008的亲水改性效果最好,当亚雷森7008质量分数为5%时,单位质量共混纤维的吸水率为1269%,输水速率为3.48g/(min·g);随着改性剂含量的增加,纤维直径先增大后减小,芯吸高度增加,亲水改性效果更好。 Three different hydrophilic additive agents(nanometer calcium carbonate, dodecyl benzene sulfon-ic acid sodium and Arstar 7008) were blending with polypropylene(PP) respectively to produce hydrophilicPP blended fibers through self-made melt differential electrospinning device. The result showed that diame-ters of fibers produced by this device ranged from 2-6 μm, and effective output was about 9 g/h; Arstar7008 had the best hydrophilic modification effect on PP blended fibers; its water absorption rate was1269 %; water delivery rate was 3.48 g/(min·g); fiber diameter increased firstly and then decreased; wick-ing height increased and hydrophilic modification effect was better with increasing of content of a modifier.
