摘要
7日龄海塞克斯粉蛋公雏300只随机分5组,北芪五加组（A、B、C组）于7~14日龄分别按1.0 g/L、2.0 g/L、4.0 g/L兑水饮用北芪五加颗粒;黄芪多糖对照组（D组）同时段饮水添加黄芪多糖粉（200 mg/L饮水）;空白对照组（E组）不添加任何药物。各组于7 d、21 d用La Sota活苗免疫,然后于7、14、21、28 d测定血液中HI抗体水平,并检测＂北芪五加颗粒＂对免疫器官和生长发育的影响。结果表明,＂北芪五加颗粒＂按2.0 g/L、4.0 g/L饮水能显著提高La Sota活苗接种雏鸡的特异性HI抗体水平,促进雏鸡及免疫器官的生长发育。
300 seven-day-old chicken were randomly divided into five groups and appended on 1.0 g/L,2.0 g/L,4.0 g/L of＂Beiqi Wujia granules＂by drinking water for group A,B and C.and appended on 200 mg/L of Astragalus polysaccharides by drink-ing water for group D from 7 d to 14 d,the control group as E.On 7d and 21 d each chicken was immuned with La sota vaccine and thecontent of HI was determined on 7 d,14 d,and 28 d.And the effect of＂Beiqi Wujia granules＂on the growth of immune organs andthe weight in chicken was studied.The results indicated that the weight and growth index of immune organs were increased markedlyin B,C and D groups compared with the control group.And the chicken in groups B,C and D grew faster than those in the controlgroup.
