摘要
目的：比较锁骨钩钢板与克氏针治疗锁骨骨折疗效及安全性。方法72例锁骨中段闭合性粉碎骨折患者作为研究对象，将其根据随机数字表法均分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用克氏针髓内固定治疗，观察组采用锁骨“S”型钢板内固定治疗，比较两组临床疗效及并发症发生率。结果观察组骨折愈合时间为（13．51±1．06）周，对照组为（18．35±2．14）周，两组差异有统计学意义（t＝5．54，P＜0．05）；术后随访观察组优良率为94．44％，对照组为69．45％，两组优良率差异有统计学意义（χ^2=4．16，P＜0．05）；观察组术后并发症发生率为47．22％，对照组为77．78％，两组差异有统计学意义（χ^2=5．21，P＜0．05）。结论相比于克氏针治疗，锁骨“S”型钢板内固定治疗锁骨中段闭合性粉碎骨折疗效显著且安全性高，值得在临床上进一步应用。
Objective To compare efficacy and safety of clavicular hook plate and Kirschner wire in treat-ment of clavicular fracture.Methods 72 patients with clavicle closed fracture were chosen as the research objects, they were randomly divided into the observation group and control group according to randomly number table,the con-trol group were treated with Kirschner wire intramedullary fixation,the observation group were treated with clavicular plate S plate internal fixation.The effect and the complication rate of two groups were compared.Results In the observation group,the fracture healing time was （13.51 ±1.06） weeks,the control group was （18.35 ±2.14） weeks, there were significant difference between the two groups in fracture healing time（ t=5.54,P〈0.05）;postoperative follow-up in the observation group,the excellent and good rate was 94.44%,69.45%in the control group,the excel-lent and good rate of two groups had significant difference（χ^2=4.16,P〈0.05）;the observation group the postopera-tive complication rate was 47.22%,the control group was 77.78%,complications had significantly different（χ^2=5.21,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Compared with Kirschner wire,,S plate internal fixation for treatment of clavicle closed comminuted fracture has effective in treatment and high safety,which is worthy of further clinical application.
