摘要
探讨棉型清梳联纺粘胶的工艺配置与技术措施。采用青岛宏大棉型清梳联生产R 9.8 tex纱。通过优化清梳联流程及各单机工艺,对粘胶纱线生产中出现的问题采取有效技术措施,使生产顺利进行,R 9.8 tex成纱条干CV值达到了较好水平,竹节疵布率下降了5个百分点,粘胶布面风格有较大改善。认为棉型清梳联生产粘胶品种时,必须根据粘胶纤维特点对清梳联流程和各单机工艺进行优化方能得到较满意的生产效果。
Technology configuration and measure of spinning viscose by cotton blowing-carding unit were discussed. Qingdao Hongda cotton blowing-carding unit was used to produce R 9.8 tex yarn. Valid technology measures were adopted according to problems in viscose yarn production, blowing-carding process and each machine processing were optimized. Higher level evenness CV value of R 9.8 tex is obtained. Slubby defective cloth ratio is decreaded by 5 percent- age points. Style of viscose cloth is greatly improved. It is considered that blowing-carding process and each single machine technology should be optimized according to viscose fiber properties so as to obtain satisified production result when cotton blowing-carding unit is used to spin viscose variety.
