摘要
目的：探讨LEEP刀在中重度宫颈糜烂患者中的综合应用价值。方法选取2012年1月～2013年12月本院收治的90例中重度宫颈糜烂患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组（微波治疗组）45例和观察组（LEEP刀组）45例，比较两组的治疗效果，统计两组治疗前后的宫颈局部微循环指标及血流变指标。结果观察组中重度宫颈糜烂患者的治疗总有效率均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后不同时间点的宫颈微循环状态及血流变指标均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 LEEP刀在中重度宫颈糜烂患者中的综合应用价值较高，可有效控制糜烂及宫颈局部微循环。
Objective To analyze the comprehensive application value of LEEP knife in the patients with moderate and severe cervical erosion. Methods 90 patients with moderate and severe cervical erosion in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group （mi-crowave treatment group） 45 cases and observation group （LEEP knife group） 45 cases,then the clinical effect of two groups was compared,cervical local microcirculation indexes and hemorheology indexes before and after treatment were respectively analyzed and compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group with moderate and severe cervical erosion were all higher than those of control group with moderate and severe cervical erosion,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）;and the severe cervical erosion state and hemorheology indexes of observation group at different time after treatment were all better than those of control group,the differences were significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive application value of LEEP knife in the patients with moderate and severe cervical erosion are high, and it can effectively control the erosion and cervical local microcirculation.
