摘要
为了实现无人工作面采煤机滚筒的自动调高,需要解决煤岩界面自动识别技术,但到目前为止该技术仍然是采煤工作面自动化建设中的难点。本文提出了一种基于精确煤层三维模型的采煤机煤岩界面识别技术,通过地质测量获得的煤层数据建立煤层三维模型,通过采煤机模型在煤层模型中的运动、界面碰撞检查,实时调整采煤机摇臂高度,进而实现自动化无人开采。
In order to realize automatic height-adjustment of shearer drums at the unmanned working face,it is necessary to develop an automatic coal-rock interface recognition technology,which is still a difficult point in the automation construction at the mining face.A coal-rock interface recognition system for shearers was put forward in this paper,based on accurate coal seam3 D model.A coal seam 3D model was built from the data obtained by geologic survey.Through the motion of the shearer model in the coal seam model and the detection of interface collision,the height of rocker arm of shearers was adjusted in real time with the result that the automaticunmanned coal mining could be realized.
