高等师范院校理科师范生培养质量的实证研究与启示——基于东芝杯教学技能创新大赛排名与全国高校综合实力排名的比较研究 被引量:2

An Empirical Study of Normal University Science Students' Training Quality and It's Inspiration——Based on the Rankings of Toshiba Cup Teaching Skills and Innovation Competition and National University's Comprehensive Strength

摘要 基于实证研究,本文对五届东芝杯教学技能创新大赛排名与全国高校综合实力排名进行统计并比较,结果显示,六所部属师范大学呈现明显的两极分化现象,六所有代表性的省属师范大学师范特征明显,六所省属师范大学师范特征严重弱化。在深入分析成因的基础上,我们提出了改进建议。 Based on an empirical study , comparisons are made betw een the rankings of the 5 Toshiba cup teaching skills and innovation competitions and national university's comprehensive strength . Research reveals that obvious polarization phenomenon has been presented in the 6 subordinate normal universities , 6 typical provincial normal universities present obvious normal nature , and 6 provincial normal universities show their weakened normal nature . After analysis of the causes in‐depth , suggestions for improvement are proposed .
