摘要
依靠传授师德的传统方式已经无力援救师德滑坡,甚至危及良好师德的生成。教师团体内部因约形成师德规范,即教师专业伦理规范,不仅提供践行师德的标准,而且促使道德义务养成,彰显师德约制失德。教师个人内心的善与外在师德规范的善合一,自觉遵守规则和不断追求人性卓越。教师师德的建设过程起于师德规范制度而终于教师德性,起于教师的个人道德而经过师德,最终上升至教师师德制度。
The traditional way of depending on teaching teacher' s ethics has become unable to rescue teachers' moral decline and is even dangerous to the growing of teachers' moral.Teachers form specification according to internal agreement,namely teachers' professional ethics.It is not only providing practical ethics standard,but also promoting the formation of moral obligation,revealing teachers' virtue and restricting their misconduct.Teachers should unite their personal inner goodness and external ethics,consciously abiding by the rules and consistently pursuing excellent human nature.The construction of teacher ethics begins from teachers'specification system and ends in their moral;then evolves from teachers'personal moral to teachers'ethics;finally rises to teachers' ethics system.
