摘要
目的:通过对配合口服抗骨质增生胶囊和仅透明质酸钠(HA)注射液关节腔内注射治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)临床疗效的比较,客观评价抗骨质增生胶囊治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效。方法:将80例膝骨关节炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组口服抗骨质增生胶囊且膝关节内注射透明质酸钠液,对照组仅给予膝关节内透明质酸钠注射液,测得各组患者治疗前、治疗后1周、治疗后1个月的JOA评分,进行比较。并在治疗1个疗程后1周和1个月观察两组疗效。结果:观察治疗组疗效明显高于对照治疗组(P<0.05),具有显著意义。观察组治疗前后总体疗效比较(P≤0.05),有显著意义。单项症状比较(P<0.05)具有显著性差异。结论:两组在早期治疗膝骨关节炎方面都有良好的疗效,且治疗后10周随访也有较好的疗效维持。但配合抗骨质增生胶囊口服治疗膝骨关节炎,具有安全、更有效、方便和廉价诸多优点,有临床推广应用价值。
Objective：To objectively evaluate the therapeutic effect and security of Antihyperosteogeny Capsule for treating knee osteoarthritis（KOA）by comparing the clinical effects between Anti-hyperosteogeny Capsule and sodium hyaluronate（HA）.Methods：80 cases（85 knees）of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.Each group had 40 cases.The observation group received oral preparation of Anti-hyperosteogeny Capsule and HA by cavity injection and control group only received HA by cavity injection.The JOA score of each group was recorded before treating.After treating for one week and one month,we carried on the comparison and observed the curative effect.Results：The curative effect of treatment group was higher than that of the control group（P0.05）and had the remarkable significance.The total curative effect before and after treatment was observed（P ≤ 0.05） with significance.Single symptom comparison（P0.05） had significant difference.Conclusions：The early therapeutic effect of Anti-hyperosteogeny Capsule and HA are much better for knee osteoarthritis and after the ten-week following up.Both groups have better persistence of the therapeutic effect.But extra oral preparation of Anti-hyperosteogeny Capsule is safe,more effective,convenient and cheap.It is deserved to popularize for clinical application and has a good prospect for using traditional Chinese medicine to treat knee osteoarthritis.
