摘要
针对铁路运输动态性、系统性、复杂性、艰巨性的特点,从人员、设备、环境、管理等角度分析了铁路运输安全管理存在的问题,并提出了相应的管理建议,以提高铁路运输质量的综合水平,使之更好地为人民服务。
According to the characteristics of dynamic,system,complexity,difficulity of railway transportation,this paper analyzed the existing safety management problems of railway transportation from the point of view of personnel,equipment,environment,management,and put forward corresponding management recommendations,in order to improve the comprehensive level of railway transportation quality,better serviced to the people.
