摘要
服务经济社会的发展是理解中国职业教育改革发展和政策的一个关键视角。如何建设中国特色、世界水平的现代职业教育体系,实现党和国家关于职业教育的最新发展目标定位,必须跳出"院校"和"部门"的内部视角,从经济社会角度、联系经济社会发展需要进行分析和思考,追求职业教育发展的外部适应性和内部协调性的有机统一。
It is essential for us to examine the Chinese vocational education advancement and relative policy from the perspective of economic and social development. To build a world-level modern vocational education system with Chinese characteristics and realize latest objective of modem vocational education set by our party and state, we have to reject angles limited to ＂college＂ and ＂department＂. Instead, economic and social development perspective shall be applied. Therefore, a vocational education system with external applicability and internal coordination will be achieved.
