摘要
在推进国家治理现代化进程中,教育治理体系现代化是国家治理体系现代化的重要组成部分。"发展具有中国特色、世界水平的现代教育"是我国教育事业发展的根本目标,而高等教育治理现代化,则是全面深化高等教育改革的总目标。中国特色的高等教育治理现代化,需要先进性、科学性、人民性相统一的价值体系的引领,这个价值体系中最重要的是社会主义核心价值观。推进高等教育治理现代化,需要坚持中国特色社会主义教育发展道路,并在依法治教的理念下,从增强制度自觉、提高制度能力、加强对高等教育制度体系的理论研究三个方面强化高等教育制度建设。
In the process of promoting the national governance modernization, the modernization of educational governance system is an important part of the modernization of national governance system. ＂To develop the modem education with Chinese characteristics as well as the world level＂ is the fundamental goal of education development in China, and governance modernization of higher education is the overall goal of deepening the comprehensive reform of higher education. The governance modernization of higher education with Chinese characteristics need to be led by the unified value system of progressiveness, scientificalness and popularity, among which the most important is the socialism core values. To promote governance modernization of higher education, it needs to adhere to the Chinese characteristic socialism education development road, led by the philosophy to govern education by law, and strengthen the construction of higher education system from such three aspects as to enhancing system consciousness, improving the system ability, strengthening the theoretical research of higher education system.
