论学校教育中家庭介入的失当和恰当

摘要 学校教育的独立性与学生学校教育中家庭参与不可或缺性之间的矛盾、学生在教师眼里的普遍性与在家长眼里的唯一性之间的矛盾、传统意义上教师在教育领域的权威性与现代社会家长挑战教师权威性之间的矛盾这三对主要矛盾,容易引发学校教育中家庭介入的失当现象,如家校之间沟通不畅、家长对教师不正当迎合、家校双方关系不平等。调适这些失当现象,家校双方应畅通家校之间的沟通渠道,教师公平公正对待每位学生,家校双方构建平等的伙伴关系。家校关系的和谐状态有利于促进学生身心的全面发展。 The contradiction between school education's independence and family education's indispensability, between students'universality in teachers' eyes and uniqueness in parents' eyes, between teachers' traditional authoritativeness and modern social parents' challenge in the educational field are principal contradictions in family--school relationship in the new period. These contradictions have initiated bad phenomena such as unsmooth communication, teachers 'improper catering to parents, and unequally relationship between family and school. In the face of these bad phenomena, the two sides can take these following measures: keeping the communicative channel unhlocked, treating each student fairly and construct the equal partnership. The harmonious state of the family--school relationship helps to promote students' body and mind to develop in an all--round way.
