摘要
目的分析心理护理干预在不孕症患者临床护理中的应用效果。方法收集2013年4月～2014年4月本院收治的96例不孕症患者临床资料，分为观察组与对照组，每组48例。对照组采取常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上进行心理护理干预，比较两组患者的临床护理效果。结果干预后，观察组SAS评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组患者的护理满意度、健康知识掌握程度明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对不孕症患者实施心理护理干预有利于缓解患者不良情绪，提高护理满意度，提高患者健康知识掌握程度。
Objective To analyze the clinical effects of infertilitas feminis by psychological nursing intervention. Methods Ninety-six cases of patients with infertilitas feminis were randomly divided into observation group （48 cases） and control group （48 cases）. The control group were cared by routine nursing, the observation group were treated by psychological nursing intervention. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of SAS for the observation group were lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction, master degree of health knowledge in the observation group were better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The infertilitas feminis by psychological nursing intervention can relieve the had feelings, improve the nursing satisfaction and master degree of health knowledge for the patients.
