微血管减压术治疗三叉神经痛之手术理念 被引量：8

摘要 原发性三叉神经痛（trigeminal neuralgia）表现为单侧头面部三叉神经分布区域电击样剧烈疼痛发作[1]。由于后颅窝解剖特点,此病在黄种人中发生率较高[2]。其病因系三叉神经颅内段受周围血管压迫,但具体发病机制尚不明。笔者的初步研究结果认为,该病的本质是三叉神经脱髓鞘变性和异位动作电位形成。对于那些在解剖上三叉神经根和其周围脑血管较靠近的人,
