阐述刚毕业的新进教师怎样尽快地适应教学环境、转变角色及＂师带徒＂的备课、评课方式对教学带来的益处。主要做法有：开展互相听课。新教师听老教师的课,学习老教师教学上的长处;老教师听新教师的课,指导可以更为有效。
