摘要
通过钢管再生混合短柱的轴压试验,研究了强度低于普通混凝土的废弃混凝土块体掺入率对构件的宏观变形特征、荷载—竖向变形关系关系和承载力—掺入率的影响,验证了目前钢管混凝土三种计算理论计算公式的适用性.研究结果表明:钢管再生混合短柱轴压破坏形态与钢管普通构件相似;极限承载力随着废弃混凝土块体掺入率的增加而降低,最大降幅约为14%,但均显示出较好的延性.通过对比分析,从不同角度出发推荐了不同的钢管再生混合短柱轴压承载力计算公式.
Based on axially compressive tests of concrete filled steel tubes short columns with waste concrete block,the influence of incorporation rate of lower compressive strength to macroscopic characters of deformation,load-vertical deformation curves and bearing capacity-incorporation rate were studied,and applicability of three theoretical calculation formulas of concrete filled steel tubes were analyzed.The test results demonstrate that failure mode,ductility and later bearing capacity of concrete filled steel tubes short columns with waste concrete block is similar to concrete filled steel tubes,but the bearing capacity will decrease when incorporation rate of waste concrete block increases,and the maximum amplitude is 14%.Based on the comparison between the results of three calculation theories and test results,different calculation formulas are recommended from different aspects.
