摘要 对水泥回转窑生产过程的基本因果关系进行了研究,建立了一种水泥回转窑过程的结构分布式模型,它由烧成带温度、窑内O2含量和分解炉温度3个关联子系统组成.以该模型为基础,提出了水泥回转窑烧成带温度、窑内O2含量和分解炉温度的分布式预估算法和控制算法,通过对过程未来动向的预估和系统之间的控制联系确定一种新的分布式控制律.仿真结果表明,该新型控制系统应用于水泥回转窑的过程控制,有良好的稳定性、容错性和抗干扰能力. Through the researching of the basic causal relationship between the production process of the cement rotary kiln,this paper established a structure distributed model of cement rotary kiln,which consists of three related subsystem such as the calning zone temperature,the O2 content of rotary kiln and the temperature of decomposing furnace.Predictive algorithm and control algorithm of the cement rotary kiln firing zone temperature,the O2 content of rotary kiln and the temperature of decomposing furnace were designed based on this model,the optimal control laws were determined by the estimate of the future trend of the process and control contact between systems.The simulation results show that this new control system is applied in cement rotary kiln process control,which possesses good stability,fault tolerance and anti-interference ability.
