摘要
针对传统威尔金森功分器在毫米波频段下两路输出支路幅相一致性差的问题,提出了一种基于薄膜电路工艺的新型威尔金森功分器设计。通过减少两路输出支路之间耦合和考虑隔离电阻的传输线效应,改善了其幅相一致性,拓宽了在毫米波和更高频下的应用。设计结果表明,该功分器在W波段具有插入损耗低、幅相一致性好、驻波小等优点,适合用于毫米波电路小型化设计和功率合成。
The traditional millimeter-wave Wilkinson Power divider has a bad performance on the coherence of phase and amplitude,in order to overcome the problem,this paper presents a new millimeter-wave Wilkinson power divider with thin-film technique.By reducing the coupling of two output channel and considering the trasmission line effection of the isolate resistance,we can improve the phase and amplitude coherence of the power divider,therewith extensive its application in millimeter-wave and even high frequecy.The design result shows that this divider has the features of low insertion loss,good coherence of phase and amplitude,low VSWR and so on,which makes it fit for the miniaturization of millimeter-wave circuit and power combine.
