摘要
做好高校考试管理工作,考试档案是重要抓手。目前高校考试档案存在着考试档案管理人员对考试档案管理重要性认识不足、管理乏力,考试档案利用率低、服务面窄等问题。通过增强考试管理人员的档案意识,对考试档案进行分门归类,构建双轨制考试档案管理模式,考试管理与考试档案整理同步进行,加强考试档案研究,提高考试档案利用率和服务面等措施,可有效推进考试档案管理的科学化。
Files of term examinations are an important starting point to improve college examination management.Now not enough importance has been attached to files of term examinations and these files have not play their due roles.It is suggested that examination files be classified together with examination management.What＇s more,some research should be done to make full use of the files and serve more people.
