摘要
文化传承创新是当今高校的四大功能之一,也是其繁荣壮大国家和民族文化软实力的重要担当和崇高使命。作为高校校园文化的重要组成部分,其后勤文化在高校的文化育人过程中发挥着不可替代的作用。高校后勤文化育人主要体现在优质服务、严谨管理以及和谐环境三个方面,发挥的功能主要有价值引导、情感陶冶、目标激励以及行为规范。当前高校后勤社会化改革在一定层面和一定程度上制约了后勤文化育人功能的发挥,今后迫切需要从构建高校后勤文化育人的整合机制、加强对后勤员工的教育和培训、建立育人型的管理制度以及树立平民化榜样等方面塑造更加优秀的后勤育人文化。
One important component of college campus culture,college logistics plays an irreplaceable role in college education.Its educational function is mainly reflected in its quality service and rigorous management and harmonious environment.The current reform of socializing college logistics hampers to a certain extent the exertion of that function.We need to build an integrated mechanism,improve the training of logistics staff and set up education-oriented regulations so as to realize the educational function of college logistics.
