摘要
病人，女，67岁，因“双上肢麻木感5年，双下肢麻木感4年，加重10个月”入院。患者于入院前5年出现双上肢麻木感，以右上肢为重，未予特殊检查及治疗。查体：意识清楚，精神良好，言语流利，右利手，定向力、理解力、判断力、计算力、记忆力等基本正常。
