摘要
对出口澳大利亚的SDA1型机车空气制动系统的风源系统、制动系统、辅助用风系统的配置组成及原理进行了介绍,其中制动系统采用的是美国Wabtec公司的FastBrake制动系统,对其组成及功能进行了详细说明;同时介绍了空气制动系统管路布置,为实现内燃机车空气管路模块化设计和环保的设计理念提供一些探讨。
The paper introduces the air source system,braking system and auxiliary air system of SDA_1locomotive's air braking which is exported to Australia.The braking system adopts FastBrake braking system of American Wabtec Company and its composition and function are introduced in detail.Meanwhile,the pipe arrangement of air braking system is also introduced to provide some suggestions to diesel locomotive's air pipe model and environmental protection design concepts.
